Use the policy for the actual market
A return summary written for another country may use different time limits, item conditions, process steps, or legal language. Open the customer-service or claim page inside the mall that handled the order. Note the checked date and whether the policy distinguishes ordinary returns, defects, delivery issues, or other claims.
Do not rely on a screenshot without its surrounding terms. Definitions and exceptions often determine whether a route applies. Official support can interpret the current policy for a particular order.
Preserve useful evidence
Keep the order confirmation, item identity, package, lot or date information where relevant, delivery record, and a clear description of the issue. Avoid discarding or extensively using an item after deciding to ask about a return, unless safety requires that use stop.
Photographs should document the received condition without exposing address labels or payment data. Contact support through the official account or published service channel and follow its requested process.
Separate policy from product evaluation
A return route does not establish that a product is defective, suitable, or unsuitable for everyone. It is a procedure for resolving a transaction under stated conditions. Describe the facts narrowly and avoid turning one experience into a broad product claim.
EnterKR cannot approve, track, or alter a return. Our role is to point readers toward the controlling local source and explain what information is usually worth preserving.
