Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This policy explains what EnterKR collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed. It is written to be readable rather than legalistic. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

Who we are

EnterKR is an independent Atomy member site. We are not Atomy’s corporate website and we do not speak for Atomy. This site is operated by an independent member who introduces Atomy products and membership.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our contact form:

  • Your name — so we can address you properly in a reply.
  • Your email address — so we can reply. This is the only way we can respond to you.
  • Your country (optional) — so we can send you the correct sign-up link, since links differ by market.
  • Your message — the question you asked.
  • Your IP address — recorded automatically with the submission, solely to block spam and abuse.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not run ads. We do not have a newsletter, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

What we do with it

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to the message you sent. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to Atomy or to any other member.

If you ask us for a sign-up link, we send you a link. Whether you then register with Atomy is entirely your decision, and if you do register, you provide your details directly to Atomy under Atomy’s own privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

  • IP addresses are deleted automatically after 90 days.
  • Your message, name, and email are kept while the conversation is useful — normally no more than 24 months — and then deleted.
  • You can ask us to delete everything sooner. We will do it, and we will confirm when it is done.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in as an administrator, which applies to the site operator only, not to visitors.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR give you these rights explicitly, along with the right to object to processing and the right to complain to your national data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

Our lawful basis for handling your contact-form data is your consent, given when you choose to send us a message. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your data.

To exercise any of these rights, send us a message and say what you want done. We do not require you to prove your identity beyond replying from the same email address you contacted us with.

Where your data is stored

Submissions are stored on the server that hosts this website, located in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) region. Only the site operator can read them.

Children

This site is not intended for people under 18, and Atomy membership requires you to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
