Identify the account and market
Begin with the official country site where the account was created. A login on another regional site may not recognize the same details, and that does not prove the account disappeared. Check saved confirmation messages or prior orders only to identify the market and member reference.
Decide what is actually missing: a username, password, email access, phone verification, or an inactive status. Each problem follows a different path. Avoid repeated guesses because rate limits or security controls can temporarily block a valid account.
Use self-service without exposing secrets
Open the recovery tool from the official site navigation, not from an unsolicited message. Confirm the hostname before entering an email or phone number. A legitimate recovery flow may send a one-time code, but that code belongs only in the official page and should never be shared with a member or with EnterKR.
Use a unique password and store it in a password manager. If the account’s email or phone is no longer accessible, self-service may be unable to establish ownership; move to the regional support route rather than creating replacement details.
Prepare a useful support request
State the country, approximate registration date, account reference if known, exact error, and the step where it occurred. Redact identity numbers, full addresses, passwords, and codes from screenshots. Official support can tell you which identity check it accepts through its protected channel.
Ask support to confirm whether an account exists before starting a new registration. Duplicate accounts can create confusion around sponsor and membership records. EnterKR can help locate a public support page, but only Atomy support can inspect or change the account.
