The short version of Atomy’s membership requirements is unusually short: be 18 or older, provide accurate personal details, and complete the registration form for your country. There is no fee, no kit, no qualifying order, and no minimum spend. Most of the length of this page is spent explaining what is not required, because that is where nearly all the confusion sits — people arrive expecting the entry conditions of other direct-selling companies and go looking for a catch that is not there.
The requirements that actually exist
1. You must be 18 or older
This is the only hard eligibility gate, and it holds in every Atomy market without exception. There is no junior membership, no family sub-account under an adult’s registration, and no guardian-signed route for under-18s. If someone under 18 wants the products, an adult in the household registers in their own name.
2. You must complete the form for the right country
Registration is per market. You register in the country where you live and want products delivered, using that country’s gate. Registering through another country’s flow because a friend sent you their link creates an account attached to the wrong market, which affects delivery and catalogue availability.

3. Your details must be accurate and match your identification
Use your legal name as it appears on government ID, your real date of birth, a deliverable address, and an email address you actually check. This sounds obvious. It is nonetheless the source of most account problems people later ask us about — nicknames, an old address, a work email that filters everything.
4. One person, one membership
Duplicate registrations under the same person are not how the system is meant to work, and cleaning them up requires support intervention. If a submission appears to fail, check whether it actually succeeded before submitting again.
What is not required — and this is the important part

The registration-type requirement, which is not really a requirement
Every sign-up asks you to choose a registration type. This is a choice, not a qualification — you are not being screened, and neither option is harder to obtain than the other.
- Consumer (sometimes labelled Member) registers you on the shopping side.
- Distributor registers you on the shopping side and the business side.
The critical fact, which is misstated constantly: Distributor registration does not give you better pricing. Both types shop at the same member pricing. Distributor is not a premium tier; it is a different scope of registration. Our comparison page works through the choice properly.
The requirement that varies by country: which options you are offered
Sign-up screens are built per market, and the registration types on offer are not identical everywhere. As measured in August 2026:

India is the case worth flagging, because it is a genuine structural difference rather than a layout quirk. If you register in India you are registering as a distributor, because that is the only option presented. Anyone joining there should understand that before submitting, rather than discovering it afterwards.
Documents and information to have ready
- Your legal name as it appears on ID. Not a shortened or preferred version.
- Date of birth. Which is how the 18+ requirement is applied.
- A deliverable address in your country of registration. Complete, with unit and building details in the fields provided rather than crammed onto one line.
- A working mobile number in the format the form requests.
- An email address you check regularly. Account notices, password resets, and order confirmations all go there.

Requirements for keeping the membership
There are effectively none. Your membership does not lapse because you did not buy anything, and no monthly spend is needed to keep it open. What actually matters is keeping your contact and delivery details current and retaining access to your login. If you are told otherwise
If anyone tells you a purchase, a kit, a fee, or a monthly order is required to join or to stay a member, that is not correct, and it is worth checking why you were told it. The registration flow is the authority here: walk it through yourself and see what it asks for.
