Filipino readers get an easier ride than Americans do at the very first screen: on the Philippine registration flow, Consumer appears first and Distributor second. That single difference removes the most common accidental-registration trap. What the Philippines does have is one of the more mature Atomy markets in Southeast Asia, which changes what happens after you register far more than it changes the form itself.
The screen you’ll actually see
At the Philippine membership gate, the registration types are presented with Consumer in the leading position — the opposite of the US layout. If you are following along with a friend in America and their screen looks different, that is expected and neither of you is on the wrong page.
Still read the labels rather than trusting position. Screens get redesigned. The labels are what matter.
Consumer is the sensible default for most people signing up in the Philippines. Choosing Distributor does not get you better pricing — it registers you on the business side in addition to the shopping side. You can move across later without re-registering.
Age is the one hard gate
You must be 18 or older. This holds in every Atomy market and there is no exception, no parental co-sign route, and no family sub-account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian registers in their own name.
What it costs to join
Nothing. There is no joining fee, no starter kit, no product package to buy, and no minimum monthly order required to keep your membership. This differs sharply from a number of direct-selling companies operating in the Philippines that do require an entry purchase, so the question is worth asking plainly and answering plainly.

Registering, step by step
- Open our sign-up page and choose Philippines. This sends you to the Philippine gate rather than a global landing page.
- Pick your registration type. Consumer sits first here. Read the label, tap it.
- Accept the terms and privacy consent. Brief, and worth actually reading.
- Fill in your personal details. Full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email, and a Philippine delivery address.
- Create your login. Save the credentials properly — not in a browser you are about to clear.
- If the form asks for a branch or center, choose ํ์ด์กฐ์ (Pyeongchon Joeun). This step does not appear in every country’s flow, so do not go hunting for it. If it is there, that is the entry.
- Submit, then confirm. Look for the confirmation message and record your member number.
Practical notes specific to the Philippines
Mobile number formatting
Enter your mobile number in the format the form asks for. Filipino mobile numbers are frequently written locally with a leading zero, but forms often expect a country-code format instead. If the field rejects your number, try the other convention before assuming the form is broken.
Address detail matters more here
Philippine addressing carries more components than many form designers anticipate — barangay, subdivision, building, unit. Use every address line the form offers rather than compressing everything onto one line. Incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delivery trouble reported to us from this market.
Email over messaging apps
A great deal of Atomy communication in the Philippines happens through group chats, which is convenient but means people sometimes register with an email address they never open. Your account notices, password resets, and order confirmations go to email. Use a live one.
Pickup and delivery options
The Philippines is an established Atomy market with real physical infrastructure, and the options available to you at checkout may include more than home delivery. What is on offer is a mall-side question, not a registration question — you will see the choices once your account is active.
Getting the invitation part right
Because the Philippine market is well developed, many people are introduced by someone they know rather than finding Atomy on their own. If you were introduced by a specific person, make sure you register through the link they gave you, so the connection is recorded correctly from the start. Sorting this out afterwards is possible but tedious and involves support tickets.

After registration

The reasonable first move is to log in, look through the product categories, and try one household item you already replace regularly. Toothpaste and shampoo are where most people start, because you can judge them honestly against what you already use.
When something goes wrong
Most Philippine registration failures come down to number format, an address field the form would not accept, or a confirmation email sitting in spam. Work through those three before anything else.
