Match the member option to your purpose
Read each member-type description on the live Singapore form. Labels and screen order are not guaranteed to match the United States, Philippines, or another market. Select based on the local definition, not on which tab is highlighted first.
Prepare accurate local contact and address details. If sponsor lookup is present, confirm the resulting member information. A sponsor can explain their ID but should not request your password or verification code.
Handle errors without duplicate attempts
Record the exact error, page, and time. Check simple issues such as country, name consistency, phone format, email access, and sponsor entry. Repeated submission can make the situation less clear.
Use official Singapore support for account inspection. EnterKR can help locate the public route but cannot see the registration. Preserve only a non-sensitive reference when asking for help.
