Why the field appears
Direct-selling membership systems record relationships between members. A sponsor field is the form’s way of identifying that relationship; it is not a password, invitation code, or proof of product suitability. The exact label can differ by market.
The US membership guide, for example, includes sponsor information among its registration steps. Other sites may locate the lookup earlier or later. Follow the country-specific guide instead of assuming that every screen uses the same arrangement.
How to verify sponsor details
Obtain the ID from the person you intend to identify, then use the official form’s lookup or confirmation display. Check that the shown name or masked details are consistent before proceeding. Do not substitute a random number found in a comment, video description, or screenshot.
If a branch or center selection also appears, treat it as a separate field. Ask what the option means in that market and preserve the non-sensitive confirmation. The sponsor should never need your password or one-time verification code to provide their ID.
What to do after an error
If the official form rejects the ID, copy the error exactly and confirm that both accounts belong to the same applicable market. Formatting, status, and regional boundaries can affect a lookup.
